Všetci nad ňou len krčili nosom, no to tí nezasvätení vždy nesúhlasia so všetkým, čo nevyskúšali netušiac, akú zakázanú radosť to v sebe ukrýva.
Bez slov si pozerali do očí, popíjali kávu a čaj, a fajčili.

One Morning

One morning you wake up, the sun is shining, and you are happy. You kiss the person lying in the bed next to you good morning and smile, when you realise, there's already a cup of coffee on your nightstand. You're happy.
One morning you wake up, a few lonely pieces of sunshine touch your face, and you feel content. You're a bit surprised when you see there's no one lying in the bed next to you, but once you notice the note and a cup of coffee on your nightstand, all's well again.
One morning you wake up, and the sun hides behind a cloud as you open your eyes. The empty bed is no surprise to you, the first place you look every day when you wake up is the nightstand with note consisting of only three words and coffee that someone forgot to put sugar in.
One morning you wake up to a cloudy sky, roll from the middle of the queen sized bed that hasn't been shared for ages, and read the note that is shorter than ever, looking even lonelier on the empty nightstand than ever before.
One morning you hear the silent steady beating of the smallest of rains and smell something so out of place you feel like you're still dreaming. You realise you're not alone in the bed for the first morning in ages and see him sleeping fully clothed, with smeared lipstick on his neck and shirt that is half unbuttoned, in a half undid suit, strongly smelling of alcohol and sweet perfume that isn't yours.
One morning you wake up while the rain is so thick you cannot see outside your window and it takes you a while to realise why the bed's empty, yet there's no note on the nightstand.
One morning you wake up to the lighting outside. You don't look at the nightstand, you don't look anywhere, you simply roll over and allow the blankets to hide your tears.
One morning you wake up while a storm is raging outside with wind breaking the tallest of trees in half like children's toys, but you don't even notice it. You don't notice much these days, and you're too tired for tears, so you just sleep.
One morning you wake up only to go back to sleep immediately.
And then, one morning, you don't...
